Mr. Prochot has over 25 years of experience in the development and implementation of strategic business plans, operations management, financial restructurings, turnarounds and all facets of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities. His experience, both international and domestic, spans a broad array of industries, although Joe has a particular focus on manufacturing, restaurants and retail operations. Beginning his career with Deloitte & Touche's private company advisory services group, Joe worked with middle market companies in the manufacturing, food service, and retail industries. He left D&T to join the management team of one of his clients, Nanco Enterprises, an investment company with holdings in the food service, water treatment, real estate and retail industries. During his tenure at Nanco, the last three years as President and COO, he was responsible for the portfolio of operating companies with annual revenue of $150 million as well as all M&A activities, both as purchaser and seller totaling over $125 million. More recently, Mr. Prochot served as COO of Toscorp, Inc., a chain of fine dining restaurants on the East Coast, which he helped restructure and return to profitability. Mr. Prochot is a founding Partner of Plan Bravo Partners, a turnaround management consulting firm located in Southern California.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic University (CAL POLY) at San Luis Obispo, California. He graduated with honors and was voted by the faculty as one of the alumni of the year in 1988. Since 1992 he has been an active member in The Executive Committee (TEC), an international organization of CEOs, and the Big Brothers Program of Greater Milwaukee, where he previously served on the Board of Directors and directed many of their fund-raising activities.
