Joseph A. Verrilli's area of expertise include consulting, auditing and tax services, for clients ranging from startup entities to companies with revenues in excess of $50 million. For more than twenty-years, Mr. Verrilli has negotiated and structured transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and contractor/vendor negotiations. He works closely with client management obtaining bank financing, improving operations and strengthening controls. His diverse client base comprises healthcare practices, where he has extensive experience with government rate setting, not for profit organizations, construction, manufacturing and other service companies. Mr. Verrilli is a coauthor of a national continuing education course on service to the construction industry. He also has made numerous presentations on healthcare related issues. A graduate of Marist College with a Bachelor of Science Degree, Mr. Verrilli has been a certified public accountant since 1985. Currently, he serves on the board of Directors and Finance Committee for The Birmingham Group Health Services, Inc. Formerly he served as the Chairman of the Finance Committee and Treasurer of a healthcare related organization, and was a member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of the Food Bank of Fairfield County. Mr. Verrilli is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
