Mr. Stapley is currently Vice President of Business Development and heads Investor Relations for the Company. Prior to joining the Company as a licensed Registered Representative Mr. Stapley was the head of Corporate Finance at Nexcore Capital Inc. a San Diego California based broker-dealer. Since 1996 Mr. Stapley has been involved with the funding of over $100 million in financings joint ventures mergers and acquisitions for start-up and growth stage companies. He has extensive international experience in the Import/Export business as well as being a restaurateur. Mr. Stapley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Entrepreneurship from the Marshall School at the University of Southern California. |
