José Santoni (50 years). Since July 2003 Mr. Santoni has served as First Senior Vice President and Credit Management Director of the Corporation. Mr. Santoni joined Banco Santander Puerto Rico on 1985 and since then he has held various positions including Assistant Vice President in the Credit Department Vice President and Assistant to the President of Santander National Bank a former affiliate and Senior Vice President and Director of the Credit Administration Division of the Bank. From 1976 to 1983 Mr. Santoni worked for the Division of Bank Supervision of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation New York Region. Mr. Santoni holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico. |
