Mr. Bayardo has been with Complete and our predecessor companies since April 2003 and has served as our Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations since February 2007. Since joining Complete Mr. Bayardo has served in both corporate development and operations roles. From April 2006 to January 2007 he served as Vice President of our IPS Division’s Rocky Mountain and Mid Continent operations. From April 2003 to April 2006 he served as Vice President of Corporate Development for Complete and one of our predecessor Companies. Prior to joining Complete Mr. Bayardo was an investment banker with JPMorgan where he led the firm's energy technology investment banking efforts. During his time in investment banking Mr. Bayardo completed a wide variety of transactions including divestitures acquisitions strategic advisory public debt and equity financings and private placements. Mr. Bayardo received a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
