Jos has more than 20 years experience in building enterprise software companies in Europe, Asia Pacific and the US. With an extensive international network and a clear understanding of legal and cultural differences, he has the ability to create and accelerate value for IT companies in Europe. Jos has held CEO, executive and general management roles, and has experience not only in financing high tech companies (either through VC funding or IPOs) but also in acquisition and M&A projects. Jos joined Oracle in 1986 and was a member of the Dutch and Belgium management team. He left Oracle to become Managing Director for Western Europe for USoft, acquired by Unisys Corporation. He later joined USoft in the US as vice-president Worldwide Operations.Jos holds a Masters Degree in French Linguistics and Informatics from the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Advanced management program at INSEAD in Fontainbleau. France and the management development program at Niienrode University in Breukelen in The Netherlands. University of Lowell, and completed the Stanford University’s AEA Executive MBA program. |
