Jørgen M. Clausen, age 57, has been a director of Sauer-Danfoss since May 3, 2000, Chairman of the Company since May 5, 2004, and prior to that served as Vice Chairman of the Company from 2000 to 2004. He has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Executive Committee of Danfoss A/S for more than the past five years. He is also Chairman of the Board of Risoe National Laboratories, a Danish government-owned research organization, Chairman of Junior Achievement/Young Enterprise Europe, and a member of the Academy of Technical Sciences, a nonprofit organization promoting the technical sciences in Denmark. He is a member of the Executive Committee and the Nominating Committee of the Board. |
