Jorge Rufat-Latre is a Director at Strategos, focusing on helping clients create and execute new strategies and opportunities faster than their competitors across many industries, including consumer products and services, retail, automotive, high technology, chemicals, and energy. He has helped design and establish innovation systems, processes, and tools at several Fortune 100 corporations, and works simultaneously at the organizational, team, and individual levels with tools ranging from large scale interventions to personal coaching relationships. First with General Electric and then with McDonnell Douglas, Jorge worked at NASA for eight years, and was involved in the shift from mainframes to distributed systems at Mission Control. He led teams in software development projects to design and develop automated systems for spacecraft management and astronaut training simulations. Jorge holds a Master of Science in Management from the Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, France. He is a commercial pilot and a flight instructor. Jorge is fluent in English, French, and Spanish. |
