Jorge Roldan is Vice-President for Barbachano International and joined the firm in 1998 to develop and grow our search practice throughout Mexico and the United States. Jorge is a search industry veteran of more than fifteen years in the Executive Search and manufacturing high-tech consumer electronic industries in San Diego, Ca. where he had been actively involved in human resources and materials control, both domestically and internationally. Jorge holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing, is actively involved in APICS, and is a past Director of Public Relations (board member) of the Society of Human Resources in Tijuana, Mexico. Jorge is fluent in English & Spanish and has extensive experience working in environments involving Japanese, Mexican and American cultures. He has built extremely successful recruitment practices in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Human Resources, and Manufacturing Operations. Jorge is an industry veteran who has completed over 200 key search assignments not only in Mexico and the United States, but also throughout Latin America. For the last 4 years, Jorge has overseen the entire search division for BIP which has more than doubled its revenue during that time.
