Mr. Smith is a Director and a member of the Compensation Committee and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Mr. Smith has served as a Director of the Company since his appointment by the Board in July 2000. Mr. Smith is President of Ramshorn Investments, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Nabors Industries, having served in such capacity for more than the past 5 years. He has served on the Board of the University of Wyoming Foundation and the Board of the Domestic Petroleum Council. He is also Founder and Chairman of the American Junior Golf Association.
