As Director of StrataCare s Product Solutions Group (PSG), Mr. Jung brings 15 yrs of professional experience in Big 4 IT consulting and software implementations. In this role Mr. Jung is in charge of all aspects of product definition and solution engagement delivery. The Product Solutions Group (PSG) was created in 2008 by merging the Product Management and Project Management departments. Mr. Jung is responsible for leading these two functional departments in synchronization and execution with strategic goals. In addition, Mr. Jung is responsible for creating and managing the department s process management framework that includes project methodology, product life cycle management, software release management, and project portfolio management. Prior to joining StrataCare, Mr. Jung s career has been predominately in management consulting services for Fortune 500 companies in the areas of strategic planning, ERP implementations, and building Project Management Methodologies and best practices. His clients included Walt Disney, Symantec, Network Appliance, and Samsung Electronics. He has held such titles as ERP Product Manager, Sr. Release Manager, Product Director, & ERP Practice Builder. After consulting for PricewaterhouseCoopers for a majority of his career, he left to pursue a career as an independent contractor for Oracle software implementations and to consult for such companies as Kaiser and Allianz in building their PMO. With intent of helping smaller companies establish processes and best practices, Mr. Jung switched gears and focused his attention to Microsoft technology platforms such as .Net and Team Foundation Systems. Mr. Jung holds an MA from Yonsei University in Korea and a BS in Finance from University of Denver. In addition, he holds certificates as an Oracle Certified Professional and PMP from PMI.
