Joni is a Workers’ Compensation and Litigation paralegal and has seventeen years of experience in Ohio Workers’ Compensation. Joni has five years experience as a hearing representative for Ohio based Third Party Administrator’s Sheakley Uniservice and Compensation Consultants, Inc. In addition to her duties in attending hearings she trained clients on claims management and procedures, presented seminars, and conducted file reviews. Before her TPA experience, she was an in-house administrator for an Ohio based manufacturer. Here duties with that company included management of Workers’ Compensation and Casualty claims. Ms. Poirrier has ten years experience as a paralegal.
