Carol is a health care consultant supporting the health law practice group in our Research Triangle Park Office. Carol has worked as a management consultant for over twenty years in the health care, manufacturing and service industries. She specializes in health care strategic planning, business development, operations improvement, and finance. Her clients include hospitals, health care systems and physicians.
Carol's experience prior to joining the firm includes leadership roles in strategic planning for two North Carolina health care systems. Carol also managed a health care consulting practice for Coopers & Lybrand/PricewaterhouseCoopers.
