Jon is responsible for originating and executing middle market merger and acquisition transactions for the Specialty Products group. He has worked in middle market corporate finance and M&A his entire career. Before joining Capstone Partners, Jon was a Vice President with Capstone Financial Group where he worked on merger and acquisition transactions in the automotive aftermarket and building product industries. Prior to that, he was an Analyst with Sheffield Merchant Banking Group (CRT Capital Group) where he worked on merger and acquisition transactions in the textile, steel and mining product industries. He earned a BS in Economics with a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. |
