Mr. Goldstein has been an associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP since 2003 and is a member of the Global Transportation Finance Group. Mr. Goldstein has extensive experience in a wide variety of international financial and corporate transactions, including public offerings and private placement of securities (equipment notes and portfolio securitizations), acquisitions, leveraged leasing, secured and unsecured lending, structured financings, workouts and credit enhancements.
Mr. Goldstein graduated cum laude from Fordham University School of Law and is a member of the Order of the Coif. Mr Goldstein is also a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of New York. |
