Mr. Duzak-Forestier is an Associate in the San Francisco office and a member of the firm’s Bank and Finance Practice Group. His experience includes representation of various financial institutions and individuals in secured and unsecured lending transactions, debt financings, letters of credit, factoring, asset-based lending, and commercial loan documentation.
Jonathan received his undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Wesleyan University in Connecticut and his law degree from U.C. Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall). He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2002.
