Jonathan Dancy is a Partner in the London office. He has over twenty-five years senior management experience in the Financial Services industry.
Having lead both the executive search businesses of A.T. Kearney and Norman Broadbent International, he joined Boyden to focus on senior level recruitment within publicly quoted businesses.
Jonathan has recruited chairmen and chief executives, chief operating officers and non executive directors, as well as having broad experience in recruiting right across all products and functional lines with particular interest emphasis on the insurance industry. He previously worked with Goldman Sachs International and two separate Warburg subsidiaries. He has worked in both London and the New York. |
