Jonathan Butler is one of the founding members of ATD. He joined the company in 1988 and, as the first employee of ATD, Butler was a critical player in the development of ATD's proprietary limit-order trading system, creating the initial software architecture based on mathematical algorithms. In addition to being an accomplished trader, he has been instrumental in building a cutting-edge software engineering function at ATD. Butler received his bachelor's degree in computer science from the College of Charleston. |
