Jonathan Z. Cohen has been Vice Chairman of our Board of Directors since our formation. He has been a director of Resource America since October 2002 the President of Resource America since October 2003 and Chief Executive Officer since May 2004. (Before being named President he served as Resource America's Executive Vice President from April 2001 to October 2003 Senior Vice President from May 1999 to April 2001 and Vice President from July 1998 to May 1999.) Mr. Cohen has been Vice Chairman of the Managing Board of Atlas Pipeline Partners GP since its formation in November 1999 a Trustee and Secretary of RAIT Investment Trust (a publicly-traded real estate investment trust) since 1997 and Vice Chairman since October 2003 and Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Richardson Company (a sales consulting company) since October 1999. Mr. Cohen is the son of Edward E. Cohen. |
