Jonathan S. Pasternak graduated from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in American History and English. He earned his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1989 and is admitted to practice in New York as well as the Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Pasternak is a member of numerous national and regional bankruptcy and commercial law associations and has lectured on bankruptcy before various professional associations in Westchester County. Mr. Pasternak has represented such noteworthy clients such as Pudgie’s Famous Chicken, Gaseteria Oil Corp., Circle In the Square and Dicanio Organization in their respective Chapter 11 proceedings and has previously practiced in the areas of corporate and real estate law. |
