Jonathan has been executing private equity transactions since 1996. Prior to joining Eureka, Jonathan was a vice president with Berwind’s leveraged acquisition group where he managed four platform acquisitions and nine add-on acquisitions. Jonathan also worked closely with leveraged acquisition portfolio companies in strategy development and operations management as well as directing Berwind’s relationships with senior and mezzanine financing sources. Previously, Jonathan was associated with A.G. Edwards & Sons in its mergers and acquisitions department and J.P. Morgan & Co. Jonathan currently serves on the Board of Directors of Lamont Digital Systems and Laro Service Systems, and manages Eureka’s investment in Medical Technology Systems (AMEX: MPP). Jonathan received his B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and his B.A. in International Relations from the College of Arts and Sciences, both of the University of Pennsylvania. |
