Jonathan Rochwarger is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's New York office. As a partner in the Corporate Department, Jonathan concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities law and private equity transactions.
Jonathan has significant experience representing U.S. and foreign companies in public and private securities offerings; mergers and acquisitions; private equity, strategic and venture capital investments; and other commercial transactions. Prior to joining McDermott, Jonathan was a staff attorney with the Enforcement Division of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
During law school, Jonathan was a member of the Cardozo Law Review, an H. Bert & Ruth Mack Scholar and a Berg Scholar. He is admitted to the bar of the State of New York, and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
