Mr. Webb is a Managing Director with Duff & Phelps, LLC (D&P), a member of the corporate finance group and principal in the firm's private equity strategic partnership, Hispania Capital Partners.
Mr. Webb has over 15 years of transaction experience at several leading firms. Prior to joining D&P, Mr. Webb worked with Vigic Services, a financial advisory firm owned by GTCR, one of Chicago's foremost private equity firms ($4.5 billion under management). Mr. Webb is currently responsible for advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and financings; and sourcing, valuing, structuring and managing private equity investments for Hispania Capital Partners Fund I.
Prior to joining D&P, Mr. Webb served as Executive Director at CIBC Oppenheimer, Vice President at Lehman Brothers, and Associate at Oppenheimer & Company. Over his career, he has worked on both public and private transactions totaling approximately $5 billion in value.
Jonathan completed his Bachelor of Arts at Morehouse College, with a major in banking and finance.
