Substantial 337 patent and trademark trial experience before the International Trade Commission.
Successfully defended Taiwan semiconductor manufacturer in 337 chip fabrication process flow and chip layout investigation.
Successfully represented plaintiff in three week district court trial asserting genetically altered plant patents.
Successfully represented plaintiff in declaratory judgment action involving invalidity, unenforceability, and non-infringement of memory module patents.
Successfully represented major U.S. brewery as trial counsel in three week jury trial resulting in special verdict that major Canadian brewery did not possess exclusive trademark rights in "ice beer".
Successfully represented plaintiff radio station in appeal to district court of ICANN domain name dispute involving ownership and use of "Q102" domain name.
Successfully represented one of the most widely recognized and famous corporate identity symbols in a preliminary injunction proceeding.
Successfully represented a defendant by limiting relief in a trademark preliminary injunction proceeding to a disclaimer in a dispute between competitors using identical marks in overlapping geographic markets.
