Jonathan LaBarre leads the Investment Banking practice at O’Keefe & Associates. In this capacity, Mr. LaBarre is responsible for the execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and the private placement of senior debt, subordinated debt and equity securities.
During his 10-year career, Mr. LaBarre has executed a wide variety of M&A and capital raising assignments and assisted numerous middle market companies and their stakeholders.
