Jonathan Kron focuses his practice on leveraged finance, leasing, and debt restructuring. His leveraged finance experience includes asset-based lending, first lien/second lien and senior and junior financings, cash flow lending, mezzanine financings and syndications, acquisition financings, and complex intercreditor and subordination arrangements. His workout experience includes complex debt restructuring transactions representing senior, junior, and equity participants.
Jonathan’s leasing experience includes representing equity participants, lenders and lessees in negotiating and documenting leveraged and single investor financings of equipment, facilities and real estate, synthetic leases, and representing lessors and lenders in all aspects of airline restructurings and bankruptcies. His corporate experience includes borrowing transactions, debt restructurings, general corporate advice, and advice on financial products.
