Jonathan B. Dubitzky serves as counsel in the Boston office of Sullivan & Worcester LLP. He concentrates his practice in the employee benefits area, particularly in the realms of pension plan investments and fiduciary responsibility, employee benefits and golden parachutes in mergers and acquisition, nonqualified deferred compensation, executive compensation and equity incentives. Mr. Dubitzky also is a general tax lawyer, with particular expertise in REITs and state tax matters. He has published and lectured extensively on both employee benefits and tax topics.
