Mr. Foltz has been Executive Vice President since June 2007. He had been working with Delcath in an advisory role for periods between 2001 and 2007. Mr. Foltz is a founder and Director of Os Technology, a women’s health medical device company. From 1992 to 2001, he was Director of Operations at Delcath and served as Acting Chief Operating Officer from 1999 to 2001 and Acting Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 2000. Prior to 1992, Mr. Foltz held supervisory and analytical positions at Venkol Ventures, a healthcare-focused venture capital fund, Nicholas Lawrence & Co., a regional stock brokerage, Value Line, Inc. and Walter Heller & Co. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Mr. Foltz received a B.S. in Finance and Computer Science from Lehigh University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. |
