Jonathan Zalkin is an associate in the firm's Corporate, Business and Securities practice group. Mr. Zalkin represents and advises clients in all areas of corporate and securities law. He has substantial experience in corporate finance transactions, offerings of debt and equity securities, private placements of securities, venture capital financing, mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions, joint ventures, and the formation, organization, and governance of start-up companies, corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. Mr. Zalkin also has significant experience in the general representation of public companies and their regulatory compliance with securities laws including preparation and filing of many types of registration statements, periodic reports and other filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Act of 1933, and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Mr. Zalkin is a graduate of Syracuse University (B.A., 1993), and New York Law School (J.D., 1996). Mr. Zalkin is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey. |
