Jonathan A. Barney is the head of Ocean Tomo PatentRatings and Managing Director responsible for Ocean Tomo's intellectual property PatentRatings and advisory practice. Prior to joining Ocean Tomo, Mr. Barney was a partner in the Newport Beach, California offices of Knobbe, Martens, Olson & Bear, LLP, where he specialized in patent prosecution, patent licensing and strategic patent asset management. Mr. Barney is a graduate of Virginia Tech University (B.S.M.E. 1987, cum laude) and The University of Michigan Law School (J.D. 1993, cum laude). |
