Jon is an automation and home area networking expert. He leads Broadband Energy Networks' project and business development efforts worldwide, and is responsible for working with municipal, co-operative and investor-owned utilities, as well as community developers, that are implementing integrated energy efficiency, smart meter and automated Demand Response programs, using BEN's advanced Smart Grid solutions. Prior to joining BEN, he co-founded and served as VP of Sales for 4HomeMedia, a value-added service provider to the connected digital home. Jon previously co-founded Nearmedia, an automation and control software solutions developer, and prior to that, was a co-founder of KUBE, a manufacturer of networked display solutions for building and home automation. Jon has also held sales management and business development positions at Lantronix, Premise Systems, Tyco/ADT, IBM, and Honeywell. |
