Jon Kerl is a director in the Lake Oswego, Oregon office of Bates Private Capital, an LECG company, where he uses his extensive background in the retail brokerage securities industry to consult and provide expert witness testimony on financial matters involving account performance and analysis, asset allocation, employment issues, compliance and supervision, branch office administration, and sales practices.
Before joining LECG, Mr. Kerl was an expert consultant and testimony witness with Bates Private Capital Incorporated, a firm that provided litigation consulting, financial analysis, market trend research, and expert witness testimony for securities and other financial-related matters.
Mr. Kerl has over fifteen years of experience managing complex retail and institutional sales and operations with US Bancorp Piper Jaffray and Piper Jaffray having served as managing director of investments, regional director, vice president and branch manager. Mr. Kerl retired from management in 1999 to resume his career as a financial advisor for high net worth clients of US Bank Private Financial Services and Piper Jaffray. His career at Piper Jaffray and US Bancorp Piper Jaffray spans a twenty-two year period of advancement and achievement. |
