Jon earned a B.A. in Economics, with distinction, from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard University Graduate School of Business, where he was a Baker Scholar. Jon's published works include The Wisdom of Teams, Real Change Leaders, Teams at the Top, Peak Performance, and most recently, Why Pride Matters More than Money.
