Jon Boba joined Carlyle Group’s real estate executive search team in 2006. With more than twelve years of executive search experience, Jon’s responsibilities include client relationship management, business development and search execution. He has successfully completed several hundred search engagements nationally and internationally, representing a wide range of corporations, private firms and not-for-profits in the real estate and financial service industries. Jon has also developed an industry specialization in seniors housing. Prior to joining Carlyle Group, Jon was a Director with Ferguson Partners. He was also a Vice President for EMH Financial, a Ferguson affiliate, where he was involved in the firm’s corporate finance and capital markets activities, while also serving as the firm’s General Counsel. Jon began his career at Carroll & Sain, where he practiced corporate, real estate and civil law. Jon is a licensed attorney and broker in the State of Illinois. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the American Seniors Housing Association where he is a recognized speaker and author of several publications. Jon received a Bachelor of Business/Economics from Wheaton College and his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law. |
