Jon W. Gacek, 43, was appointed director of the Company in September 2002. Mr. Gacek is Chief Financial Officer of Advanced Digital Information Corp. in Redmond, Washington, a designer and manufacturer of automated high performance data storage hardware and software products used to backup and archive electronic data in client/server network computing environments. Prior to joining ADIC in 1999, he was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in charge of the office technology practice in Seattle, Washington. While at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Gacek assisted private equity investment firms in a number of merger, acquisition, leveraged buyout and other transactions. He holds a B.A. in Accounting from Western Washington University. |
