Mr. Stefanik joined the firm as a law clerk in 2005 and as an Associate in 2007.
Mr. Stefanik’s legal experience includes conducting research on a variety of business and tax related issues, drafting memoranda analyzing tax and business implications of client decisions and changes in law, as well as assisting with the drafting of appellate briefs for the Ohio Board of Tax Appeals and the Ohio Supreme Court.
Assists clients with a variety of business matters, including contract drafting, entity formation, LLC and S corporation issues and choice of entity concerns.
Assists clients by analyzing a wide range of tax issues, including issues related to LLC and partnership taxation, estate and gift taxation, corporate taxation and state and local taxation.
