Jon R. Latorella co-founded our business in 1991 and has been our Chief Executive Officer since we commenced our activities. Mr. Latorella is also the Chairman of our Board of Directors. Before founding our business, Mr. Latorella served as a consultant to various local and state law enforcement agencies. Mr.
