Mr. Vrabely was named President and Chief Executive Officer January 1 2007. Mr. Vrabely is also a member of the Board of Directors and chair of the Executive Committee of the board. During his time at Huttig he has served in several executive management positions including Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from November 2005 December 2006 Vice President - Operations from December 2004 to November 2005 as well as Vice President Product Management from September 2003 to December 2004. Mr. Vrabely also served as Vice President Builder Resource from October 2002 until the Builder Resource Operations were divested in February 2005. He was previously Director and Senior General Manager of Builder Resource from January 2001 to October 2002 and General Manager of the Auburn WA facility from July 1999 to December 2000. Prior to joining Huttig Mr. Vrabely held several management positions with WESCO International (WCC) a distributor of electrical components and apparatus serving the industrial and construction markets. |
