Jon focuses his practice on real estate, environmental litigation, and environmental regulation. His experience includes managing, negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and analyzing contracts and agreements for transactions ranging in value from $5,000 to $10 million. In addition to real estate, Jon has assisted clients in the areas of healthcare, intellectual property, and corporate governance, and has worked with privately and publicly owned businesses as well as federally funded programs. Before joining Lindquist & Vennum, Jon gained more than three years of experience at law firms in Colorado and New York, as well as at the University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center in Aurora, Colorado. |
