Mr. Li has served as our Vice President since 1997. From 1994 to 1997 Mr. Li served as a manager of the project implementation department of Hainan Fujie Industrial Inc. an information technology company delivering software and system integration services in the Hainan province of China. Mr. Li received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from China People’s Police Officer University in China. |
