Dr. Ng is the Chairman of Titanium Technology responsible for determining corporate vision. He attained post-doctor in Tsinghua University, Beijing and Doctor of Philosophy degree from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2002. Currently, Dr. Ng is the Adjunct Associate Professor of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a member of Changchun Municipal People's Political Consultative Committee, All China Youth Federation, and China's Entrepreneur Association. He was also the committee member of Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Media and Communication Committee in 2002. He was awarded "Ten Outstanding Young Digi Person" in 2000, "Innovative Entreprenuer of Year 2003", and Top 100 Cosmopolitan Chinese Confucian Businessman in 2004. He is a highly sought after speaker at high level industry conferences and a frequent commentator in the media.
