John is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Virginia as well as a Board Approved Real Estate Appraisal Instructor in Virginia. He has been active in the appraisal business since 1976. He is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee. John is a Member of the ASA Chapter 78 and holds the designation of Accredited Senior Appraiser. During his membership with the ASA he has held all offices, including multiple terms as Chapter President. He presently owns Catawba Valley Appraisal & Consulting Service. John currently resides in Catawba, Virginia. |
