John Waters joined our Board of Directors on July 8, 2004. On July 19, 2004, John was appointed as our Executive Vice President - Chief Administrative Officer. From 1967 through 2001, he held various executive positions at Arthur Andersen LLP, including Partner in Charge - Entertainment Industry Program; Partner in Charge - Manufacturing Industry Program; and Partner in Charge (Audit) - Transaction Advisory Industry Program. From 2002 until joining our company, John provided consulting services for several private equity firms. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Iona College and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York, as well as a member of AICPA and New York State Society of CPA's. |
