John Tobola was named General Counsel of FLNG in 2006. Mr. Tobola has extensive experience with a broad range of complex commercial transactions, having represented domestic and international public and private clients in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, financings, corporate governance and other transactional matters. From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Tobola was senior in-house counsel with Quanta Services, Inc., responsible for Quanta’s acquisition, securities and financing activities. Prior to joining Quanta, Mr. Tobola practiced law in the corporate department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Mr. Tobola earned his undergraduate degree from Trinity University and his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas. |
