John Teehan joined iCIMS in 2006. He brings over 20 years of broad human resources experience within the financial services, medical products and technical services industries. He has held key roles in many functions such as policies and procedures, employee relations, recruiting, performance management, organizational development, employment law and compliance, and compensation and benefits. John’s main responsibilities include creating a strategic human resources function within iCIMS to enable employees and the organization to achieve success. John graduated from Seton Hall University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in finance. He also holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Society of Human Resources (SHRM). He is an active member of SHRM and the Jersey Shore Association for Human Resources. |
