John is a Senior Managing Director at bCatalyst Advisors. From 1997 to 2006, John was a vice president in the Investment Banking Group at Hilliard Lyons, a full-service investment firm. At Hilliard Lyons, John focused on middle-market M&A and public and private capital raising. Prior to joining Hilliard Lyons, John spent two years as a partner with Southern Capital Corporation, a Richmond-based LBO firm with portfolio holdings in insurance and radio broadcasting. John also worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Morgan Stanley Investment Banking and with the FIG-Insurance Group at CS First Boston. John received his MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College, and his BA from Amherst College. |
