John Stillwagon, DDC’s manager of customer care, brings over a dozen years of experience with politically oriented call centers and client management to play daily as manager of the in-house team who provides support for our clients for the full spectrum of DDC products and services. As a call-center manager, he supervised inbound phone, white mail, and email communications for one of the largest associations in the U.S. His client management resume includes Fortune 500 corporate clients, as well as several distinguished associations.
Stillwagon came to DDC in 2003 as a senior client manager, where he directed Web-based client implementations and Internet campaigns as well as traditional grassroots activities like inbound and outbound phone mobilizations, direct mail, and print media projects. |
