John is responsible for performance of increased memberships in Idaho, provider contracting and government and community relations.
He was named to his current position in 2003 after serving as chief operating officer. He was senior vice president of operations from 1997 to 2003, and has held leadership positions with Regence Blue Shield of Idaho since 1990.
John holds a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Idaho and completed his law degree at the University of Idaho Law School. |
