John L. Steinbrun was elected to our board of directors in August 2003 and has served as our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since April 2003 and as our Chief Operating Officer since May 2005. Mr. Steinbrun has been President of The Steinbrun Group, a business and financial consulting firm,
since April 2000. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Metropolitan Provisions LLC, a foodservice distribution company, from November 2000 to June 2001. From September 1996 to March 2000, Mr. Steinbrun was Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations of Ancra International
LLC, an aerospace and transportation equipment manufacturer. From February 1992 to August 1996, he was Director of Finance and Operations for Davis Wire Corporation, a manufacturer of steel wire and wire products. Mr. Steinbrun, a certified public accountant, served as a senior accountant with Touche Ross and
Co. from 1985 to 1988. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University and an M.B.A. in Finance from The University of Chicago. |
