John is the Chief Operating Officer of Carpathia Corporation. He is a versatile management professional with broad ranging experience in auditing, accounting and reporting, finance and operations, and risk management. A former Controller and Chief Financial Officer, John is responsible for co-developing the firm’s methodology for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. He has overseen the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance initiatives for such clients as Crown Holdings, Cephalon, and Lannett Company. He has also participated in the SEC reporting requirements at Constar International, Crown Holdings, and Lannett. John founded Peopleflex, a staffing firm for accounting and internal audit professionals, which was acquired by Carpathia in 2005. He spent seven years at Price Waterhouse, where he was a manager in the Assurance Practice. He managed audit engagements such as Crown Holdings and DuPont, which also included exposure to acquisitions, divestitures, public offerings and other special projects. He also is a member of two Advisory Boards and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Notre Dame University. |
